You can search and find so much information on the Tibetan rites, one such book, Ancient Secrets of the Fountain of Youth, as an example but the link above is a super basic, and easy to follow intro. Trying these for a period of time everyday will change your life and your energy.
For those of you already familiar with Kundalini yoga I'm sure you have already experienced its incredible transformative powers. For those who have not, this is a great YouTube page to dip your toe in and get a solid 20 minute experience that can complete change your day. I recommend checking out her 40-day playlists to really give it a shot.
